Girls - Player Pathway

United FC Michigan is committed to developing players at every stage of their journey, providing the right environment to help them grow, compete, and reach their full potential. We offer a structured pathway that begins with local competition in MYSL (U7–U12), where players build foundational skills and develop a love for the game. As they progress, our Directors Academy (U11–U12) provides a more challenging state-level platform designed to get more meaningful games.

Once players reach U13, United FC Michigan and Sporting Michigan FC merge to become Sporting United FC. This merger provides a bigger player base, which allows us to provide more ability, and player desire based teams. For players seeking to play within the state, our MSPSP (U13 to U19) teams offer state wide competition. For players seeking high-level competition, we offer access to regional leagues (U13–U19), preparing them for the next level with top-tier coaching and elite competition. At the highest stage, our Girls Academy (U13–U19) teams compete nationally, providing exposure and opportunities for those aspiring to play at the collegiate or professional level. No matter where a player starts, our mission is to guide them toward success on and off the field.
